Social Media Manager

The Social media manager will drive continued growth across the agency; the individual will be responsible for driving social media adoption for the particular Account.

Responsibilities:

  • Build social media strategy across platforms aligned to client objectives, KPIs, brand personality and other promotional elements, in close partnership with agencyʼs Consultancy team
  • Work with Creative team to create appealing content for social media use
  • Provide counsel to both client and creative team on best practices and content that works for social media
  • Overall management of client relationship to sustain and grow business
  • Plan and execute paid social media ads, in conjunction with media planner/ buyer
  • Measure and analyse performance across social media properties, in conjunction with Data Analysts
  • Recommend and manage influencer engagement for clients
  • Experience in using social listening tools, social publishing tools and PR an advantage

Requirements:

  • Bachelorʼs degree in related field preferred
  • Two to three yearsʼ experience in social media planning and execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good command of English language. Additional languages a plus
  • Good documentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Can work in agency environment (fast-paced, flat-structure and fun).
  • Demonstrating an eager to learn attitude towards your job. Be willing to pitch-in on anything
  • An effective storyteller, with a proven interest in social media best practice
